Dr Catherine Cain is a Tennessee Supreme Court Recognized Family
Mediator. Many court systems require couples to go through mediation
prior to obtaining a divorce. Even if mediation is not court ordered, it
can save you a lot of money, time, and relief from not having to face an
adversarial court room. In mediation, YOU are in charge, not the
judge or attorneys.

| Civil Mediation Dr. Cain also provides civil mediation as a
team with her husband, Morgan Cain, who is also a Tennessee Supreme
Court Recognized Civil Mediator. Civil mediation can help you with
things like being unfairly fired, getting reimbursement for injury on
the job, special education due process disputes, and any other matter
than might otherwise end up in a costly court case.
